Cargo, in Shoreditch

Well, I’ve taken a bit of time to ruminate over this one. Last week I went to a great club (Cargo) in east London which is situated in/under old train tressels. It’s a great space. Went and saw Akron/Family and Phosphorescent. Both bands were fantastic and the english crowds were crazy for them. During the Akron/Family set there was even some moshing. One of my favorite moments was an Akron/Family song when the singer sang, “Some people say Jesus was white, Some people say he was brown.” Shout out to andrew and folk for the invite on this one. To read more about the show visit new friend Tim’s music blog. superb.
